Caceres | Caceres, Spain - The Ivory Diary

Fernando and I spent this past weekend in the Spanish city of Caceres. It was about a 4 hour drive away, but worth the trip. Caceres is a medieval town that has maintained almost all of the old buildings and monuments. There is also a small, more modern part of the city filled with shops and restaurants. My favourite part of the weekend was wandering the old part of the city. There is so much history it's unbelievable.

I wore an easy, casual look while exploring the city. I knew the streets would be made of cobble stone, so I made sure to bring some of my most comfortable shoes! Unfortunately, I did end up forgetting to bring one item...Sunglasses. Thankfully Fernando let me use his!

Fernando y yo hemos pasado el ultimo fin de semana en la cuidad Espanola de Caceres. Debimos conducir 4 horas desde nuestra ciudad, pero vale la pena. Caceres es una ciudad mediaval que ha mantenido casi todos los monumentos y edificios. Tambien, hay una parte de la cuidad mas moderna con tiendas y restaurantes. Mi momento favorito del fin de semana fue pasear por la cuidad vieja. Hay muchisima historia alli, es espectacular!

He llevado un outfit muy facil y casual para explorar la ciudad. Yo sabia que las calles son de adoquines, entonces he llevado zapatos confortables! Desafortunadamente, he olvidado llevar una cosa...Gafas de sol. Por suerte Fernando las ha compartido!
