At home with Your Tea | Jerez, Spain

Hi guys! Today I'm doing a product review for the tea brand, Your Tea. They make all sorts of teas, from detox to fertility. I had read and heard many things about detox teas, and I figured it was time I give them a try!

I spent the past 2 weeks doing a 'teatox' by drinking their detox tea. I drank it twice a day, always within an hour prior to eating. I know it's no replacement for exercise and a good diet, but it did have a great affect on my bloating. I combined the tea with a more natural diet (bye McDonald's). As much as I try, I just can't seem to get into a workout habit! I'm sure the results would have been even more amazing if I had been working out as well. I did notice a flatter stomach within a few days of starting the teatox. You can see my before and after photos at the end of the post!

Hola a todo el mundo! Hoy quiero hacer una revision de un producto para la marca de te, Your Tea. Tiene muchos tipos de te, desde desintoxicacion a fertilidad. Habia leido y oido bastante de los te's de desintoxicacion, y finalmente he querido intentarlo!

He pasado las ultimas 2 semanas haciendo un 'teatox' con la bebida de su te de detox. He bebido 2 veces cada dia, una hora antes de comer. Yo se que no es un reemplazo del ejercicio y una dieta buena, pero ha tenido un buen efecto en mi hinchazon. He combinado el te con una dieta mas natural (adios McDonald's). Aunque quiero, no puedo tener un horario de ejercicio! No tengo motivacion. Creo que los resultados habrian sido mas impresionantes si hubiera hecho mas ejercicio. Sin embrago, me di cuenta que tenia un estomago mas plano pocos dias despues de empezar el teatox. Vosotros podeis ver las fotos de antes y despues debajo del post!
