Light Layers | Cartagena, Spain

Fall has always been my favourite time of year (basic, I know). While living in Canada fall meant a change in leaves, temperature and a definite change in wardrobe. However, things in Spain work a little differently when it comes to seasons. Although we are technically in Autumn, it sure doesn't feel like it! I try to make up for the 'lack of fall' by compensating with light layers! Switching to darker and neutral tones, leather garments and of course wearing boots are great ways to add the autumn vibe to your look. Let's see if I'll get use of any of my coats anytime soon!

El otoño siempre ha estado mi temporada favorita. Cuando vivia en Canada el otoño significaba un gran cambio. Las hojas de los arboles, la temperatura y por supuestamente un cambio de la ropa. Sin embargo, las cosas en Espana funcionan un poco diferente en las termas de las temporadas. Aunque técnicamente si, estamos en otoño, no lo parece! Intento recuperar el sentido con capas finas. Llevando colores oscuros o neutrales, ropa de cuero y por supuesto botas son maneras buenas para anadir el ambiente otoñal a tu look (si vives en un sitio sin el tiempo verdad). A ver si puedo llevar un abrigo en un tiempo cercano!
