We have had some chilly days here in Cartagena lately. Of course not chilly in comparison to the Canadian weather I was once used to, but 15C with a lot of wind counts as chilly, right? Anyway, I don't really mind the 'cold' here because it gives me an opportunity to wear all the winter coats I have!
