Once Upon A Time | El Escorial, Spain

Today I have a post full of photos that were completely forgotten about! We took them mid June when we were in Madrid. We have been to Madrid tons of times and wanted to spend a day doing something different, so we visited El Escorial. It's about a 45 minute drive from Madrid. It's a quaint little town in the mountains with a beautiful church and monastery. If you're in Madrid and looking for something different to do than the usual city tour, I recommend this town for sure!

Hoy tengo un post lleno de fotos que había olvidado! Las tomamos a mediados de junio cuando estuvimos en Madrid. Hemos estado en Madrid muchas veces ya y queríamos hacer algo diferente, pues visitamos El Escorial. Es mas o menos 45 minutos en coche desde Madrid. Es un pueblo adorable en las montañas con una iglesia y monasterio precioso. Si estas en Madrid y buscando algo diferente para hacer fuera de la cuidad, lo recomiendo totalmente!
