Grund | Luxembourg City, Luxembourg

This week has been quite hectic for me so far. I'm thrilled to say I started a new job here in Luxembourg (which I really like!) Little by little we are getting to know the city and the culture. So far, the only thing that has proven to be difficult has been the language barrier. Unfortunately, I don't speak German or Luxembourgish and my French is less than impressive. I'm sure it will get easier over time, though! These photos were taken one evening in Luxembourg City. The city is split into two parts - Ville Haute (high city) and Ville Bas (low city). We finally had the opportunity and time to visit the Ville Bas. It's full of narrow streets, parks, rivers and has amazing views of the Ville Haute from below (which you'll see in some photos).

Esta semana ha ido bastante héctico para mi. Estoy muy contenta contaros que ya tengo trabajo aquí en Luxemburgo que me gusta mucho! Poco a poco estamos acostumbrandonos a la cuidad y a la cultura. De momento, la única cosa que encuentro difícil es la comunicación. Desafortunadamente, no hablo ni el aleman ni el luxemburgués y mi francés es mucho menos que perfecto. Bueno, estoy segura que dentro de poco encontrare las idiomas mas fácil! El practico es el mas importante, no?! Estas fotos estaban tomado durante una tarde el la Ciudad de Luxemburgo. La ciudad esta dividida en dos partes - la Ville Haute (ciudad alta) y la Ville Bas (ciudad baja). Pues finalmente tuvimos la oportunidad y tiempo visitar la ciudad baja. Es llena de ríos, parques, callecitas y tiene vistas impresionantes de la Ville Haute (vais a verla en las fotos).
