Today I have a different kind of post for you! It's a product review of a teeth whitening kit from Smiley Miley. I've had my teeth whitened by my dentist in the past and I've always been happy with the results. This kit, however, is done entirely at home. Smiley Miley provides everything you need to get your teeth shades whiter, and fast. I am a huge fan of coffee, so this kit is a miracle!

Basically you fit the molds to your teeth by dipping them in boiling water and them inserting them in to your mouth. After the molds have taken shape, you fill them with the clear gel and pop them in your mouth. You should wear them for 30 minutes twice daily for 7 days. Using the LED light helps speed along the process. I saw results after only 2 days!

- My teeth became sensitive after the third day

- The molds didn't fit as well as I'd hoped and I found them uncomfortable

Hoy tengo un post diferente! Voy a daros mi opinión sobre un kit de blanqueamiento de dientes de Smiley Miley. Tuve mis dientes bloqueados con mi dentista un par de veces hace anos y siempre he estado contenta con los resultados. Este kit, no obstante, esta hecho totalmente en casa. Smiley Miley te proporciona todo lo que necesitas para llegar a tonos mas blancos, pronto. Yo soy muy fan del cafe, pues este kit es un milagro!

Basicamente, ajustas los moldes a tus dientes metiéndolos en agua hirviendo y después poniéndolos en tu boca. Cuando los moldes tengan forma, sacalos y llenalos con el gel de blanqueamiento y vuelve a ponerlos en tu boca. Debes llevarlos 30 minutos dos veces al día durante 7 días. Utilizando la luz LED ayudas al gel a funcionar mas rápido. He notado la diferencia después de los primeros 2 días!
